It includes links in its SMS, and it does not ask for bank card information for payment except through the Authority&#8217;s website and the ZATCA app for smartphones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: microsoft-jhenghei;\">The Authority urged the taxpayers and customers to use the Authority&#8217;s channels, including the unified number (19993), which operates 24\/7, or the &#8220;Ask Zakat, Tax and Customs&#8221; account on the (X) platform (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Zatca_care\">@Zatca_Care<\/a>), e-mail (info@zatca.gov.sa), or instant chats via the Authority&#8217;s website (<a href=\"https:\/\/zatca.gov.sa\/\">zatca.gov.sa\u200b<\/a>), confirming that it receives through these channels all inquiries related to the obligations of taxpayers and customers and all the services it provides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: microsoft-jhenghei;\">The Authority emphasized to all of its taxpayers and customers the importance of protecting themselves from fraud and ensuring the security of their banking and personal information by not responding to messages received from parties impersonating the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority. In addition to the need to verify the source of spam messages received before clicking on links\u00a0to protect their personal data and avoid falling victim to fraud.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-582477e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"582477e\"
